Heart-Centered Leadership: An Invitation to Lead From the Inside Out:

In today’s business climate, companies are often forced to implement sweeping changes in an effort to grow and survive. Organizations must be able to authentically connect with their employees by showing respect and care for their wellbeing – on and off the job. Amidst financial challenges, intense time pressures and limited resources, awareness of your employees’ needs tends to be the first thing that falls by the wayside.

The Need for Heart-Centered Leadership:

Heart-centered leadership, characterized by care, concern, honesty and humility is not a “soft” skill but a “dollars and cents” one — which will ultimately provide realistic solutions to retain productive, content employees.

Manage Your Energy; Manage Your Stress:

Are you noticing that time appears to be speeding up? Are you struggling with finding some sort of balance among the increasing demands that are placed upon you?

She shares her knowledge and stories from several of the experts featured in her Amazon best-selling book Kensho: A Modern Awakening: Instigating Change in an Era of Global Renewal. You will walk away with many new tools and processes to help you live your best life.

Understanding and Coaching the Generations:

Do you know how to manage and coach the new generations of American workers?
Leaders who understand each group’s perspective and what they value are more
successful at motivating and retaining generations different from their own.

Manage Workplace Conflict:

One of the most challenging roles of an effective leader is that of “peacekeeper”. Learning how to deal with conflict—rather than avoiding it—is crucial. Resolving conflicts in the workplace takes negotiation skills, patience, and a healthy dose of emotional intelligence. When a heart-centered approach to conflict resolution is engaged, more often than not, it can make the difference between positive and negative outcomes. It is also important to understand how the human element shows up at work. Many types of problems result when the needs for self-esteem and meaning are not valued or are even thwarted.

Susan imparts sound advice that will improve a leader’s communication and listening skills that will ultimately set the tone for successful resolution.

Roadmap to Success:

How do busy people become successful? Susan Steinbrecher shares what her experience of coaching numerous executives has told her is needed if someone is to experience success at an exceptional level—the five core fundamentals of success.
