In addition to the University of Phoenix, R.J. instructs part time at the Golf Academy of America. His passion for golf and education is combined at the Academy. He teaches business courses and golf.

One of R.J.’s passions is golf. He is a certified golf instructor. He has been an adjunct instructor at the Golf Academy of America-Arizona Campus for the last 12 years. He also teaches the academy students attitude and motivation, verbal communications, marketing, career development and entrepreneurship.
