Eric has over 20 years of experience in consulting, recruiting, personnel assessment, and executive coaching. Previous to founding Herrenkohl Consulting in 2002, he worked in the sales incentive and motivation industry, served as an executive recruiter, and worked in business development roles for two start-up companies.

Eric holds a masters degree from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis and an undergraduate degree in economics and history from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He and his wife and four children live in the Philadelphia area.
