Prior to launching her professional speaking business, she was a National Sales Trainer for U.S. West and worked with Professional Sales Trainers Brian Tracy and Tom Hopkins.
Colette’s relevant content and charismatic delivery keep her in front of Fortune 100 clients including PepsiCo, Boeing, Merck, Microsoft, Cisco, Chevron, and Exxon Mobil.
She is the author of the soon-to-be-released book, Speak Your Truth. Her monthly column, “Tactfully Speaking” is featured in the National Institute of Business Publications, in addition to her professional advice column, “Ask Colette.” Colette was recently featured on The Success Training Network’s “Made for Success” series, and has been interviewed on numerous national radio shows for her expertise. She is also featured in the just-released motivational movie, “Pass It ON!,” and has recently appeared in both Working Mother and Personal Development Magazine.

Working for sales legend Tom Hopkins, she quickly ascended to become the #1 sales producer. Her immediate success led to an opportunity to join sales guru Brian Tracy’s international organization, and shortly thereafter she became a National Sales Trainer for US West. In the midst of raising her two daughters, Colette went back to night school to earn her Masters in Human Behavior.
